Okay,
My computer has nearly imploded and so have I. It can't find an operating system and now, i think i've broken it more. Everytime I try to start it up, or press any keys, It makes a beeping noise. So I made music and broke it more. I never annoy myself. (sarcasm). If there are any laptop experts that could help me out, I need advice. Please help my laptop live again.

If it's bleeping all the time, and not finding an OS:
EITHER
1) Hard drive controller failure,
OR
2) Actual hard drive failure,
OR
3) Motherboard failure.
If it's 1), the hard drive itself might be okay, and therefore salvageable. But without seeing it, or without further information, we can't really give you much more than what it's been in my fiancé's and my experience.
How old is said laptop? What's the make, what are the specs? Is the hard drive an SSD or HDD? Have any configurations been changed on it lately? Have there been new parts?
